It was great to have so many of our 30 Madden residents in the same room for our "meet the neighbours" event last week. We were aptly hosted by renowned restaurateurs and fellow 30 Madden residents, Alistair Carruthers and Peter Gordon at their new Food Embassy for Aotearoa and The Pacific, Homeland.
Stage one buyers have now well and truly settled into their new homes in Wynyard Quarter, while stage two eagerly awaits completion later this year. This special evening gave residents an opportunity to mingle with their new neighbours and become familiar with people they will likely pass in the hallways, courtyard and precinct.
Our team are so pleased to see this developed transformed into a community by the people who have chosen Wynyard Quarter as their home. We hope that this evening is the start of many more neighbourly get togethers at 30 Madden.
